All fields must be filled in and the requested files must be uploaded in order for our support staff to effectively review and resolve the issues.
If any product is to be replaced, we will submit an order for the replacement product. The defective product must be returned within 30 days in order for the replacement product to be classified as "Warranty" and any charges be removed.
