IMPROVED ZIP TECHNOLOGY

Ultra-Lite will be utilizing patented technology to offer a new zip tape adhesive in our fabricated screens. Offering a thinner and more clearer zip tape, for added visual aesthetics, the strength of the zip tape remains just as strong. The designer of this technology uses an improved glue-to-fiibre process and an improved tape weaving technique. This new technology removes the bulges that generally form near the channels and span over the entire span of the textile.

VISITEX SYSTEM

The Visitex fastening system uses a system to fasten the bottom bar that does not create any visible seams in the textile. Created a sleek, clean look, this system creates a smooth transition from the textile to the bottom bar offering a very modern appeal.

CLICKON PROFILE

The ClickOn profile is a fastening technology that attaches the screen to the axle. The plug-and-play principle creates a quick and seamless process when compared to traditional systems. This system uses a welded-on, ultra-fine, plastic profile directly welded to the fabric. This system also reduces the thickness of the overlapped textile when rolled on the axle decreasing the horizontal impression lines.
